PRN CRNA for Autonomous Vascular Anesthesia in Cincinnati

Job Description

Azura Vascular Care is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to support its outpatient vascular surgery center in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is designed for experienced CRNAs who prefer independent practice in a highly specialized procedural environment with predictable weekday scheduling. There are no nights, weekends, or call responsibilities associated with this position.

Azura Vascular Care operates state-of-the-art outpatient centers focused on minimally invasive vascular procedures. CRNAs in this role function autonomously and are responsible for the full continuum of anesthesia care for adult patients undergoing vascular access and interventional procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Independently administer anesthesia and moderate to deep sedation for vascular procedures
• Manage airways, hemodynamics, and anesthetic depth throughout procedures
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage safe emergence and recovery
• Provide post-anesthesia care and determine readiness for discharge
• Perform regional anesthesia techniques when clinically indicated
• Respond to peri-procedural emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with safety standards

Compensation & Benefits

• PRN daily rate ranging from $1,200 to $1,800 per day

Job Requirements

• Active Ohio CRNA license
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Current NBCRNA certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong experience with outpatient anesthesia and procedural sedation
• Comfort practicing independently without anesthesiologist direction
• Prior vascular or interventional experience preferred
