PRN CRNA for Baltimore Gastro Health Endoscopy Centers
Job Description
Gastro Health is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for per diem (PRN) coverage at multiple outpatient endoscopy centers throughout the Greater Baltimore metropolitan area. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity focused exclusively on gastrointestinal procedures in a single-specialty, ambulatory setting.
CRNAs will provide anesthesia care for routine GI endoscopic procedures in well-supported, efficiently run centers. Schedules are highly predictable, with weekday-only hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. There are no nights, weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities, making this role ideal for CRNAs seeking excellent work–life balance or supplemental income without hospital demands.
Gastro Health operates several established locations in Catonsville, Columbia, Annapolis, and Towson, Maryland. Providers may rotate between centers or work at preferred sites depending on scheduling needs. Each location is staffed with experienced GI physicians, skilled nursing teams, and dedicated support personnel to ensure smooth daily operations and patient-centered care.

This PRN role allows CRNAs to practice independently while benefiting from strong operational, administrative, and clinical support. The position includes an 8-hour daily guarantee with competitive hourly compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for general GI endoscopic procedures
- Work independently while collaborating with gastroenterologists and nursing staff
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and efficient case flow
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,500–$1,600 per day
- Equivalent to $180–$200 per hour with 8-hour guarantee
- 1099 independent contractor status
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- No call, no nights, no weekends, no holidays
- Outpatient endoscopy center setting
Location
Multiple Gastro Health endoscopy centers across the Baltimore Metro region, including Catonsville, Columbia, Annapolis, and Towson, Maryland.
