This PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist opportunity offers flexible per diem coverage within an established GI anesthesia pool serving the greater Shreveport, Louisiana area. This role is structured for experienced CRNAs who prefer autonomous practice, predictable outpatient cases, and the ability to add supplemental income without long-term contractual commitments.

The position supports a high-volume gastrointestinal center environment and is ideal for clinicians comfortable working independently. Available dates vary month to month, allowing providers to tailor participation based on their availability. Each scheduled shift includes a daily pay guarantee and malpractice coverage, making this an efficient and low-risk PRN option.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for GI and endoscopy procedures in an outpatient setting
• Independently perform pre-anesthesia assessments and case planning
• Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout procedures
• Manage airways, hemodynamics, and patient safety without medical direction
• Oversee post-procedure recovery and readiness for discharge
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
