NorthStar Anesthesia is hiring a PRN CRNA for Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown, WV. This part-time PRN role offers a highly flexible schedule, top-of-market hourly rates, and the option to take call if desired. CRNAs enjoy a high level of autonomy, practicing to their full scope in a wide variety of surgical specialties. NorthStar welcomes experienced CRNAs, SRNAs, and new graduates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across a diverse surgical caseload
• Perform preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Deliver full-scope intraoperative anesthesia care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a high-autonomy environment
• Optional call participation for additional compensation

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active or eligible CRNA licensure
• NBCRNA certification or eligibility
• Ability to work independently in a high-autonomy environment
