Job Description

Anesthesiology Partners, a CRNA-owned private practice, is seeking a skilled PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to assist with coverage at a growing Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Dearborn, Michigan. Starting September 4, 2025, the role involves 4 to 6 coverage days per month—specifically Thursdays and/or Fridays. This is an independent practice position requiring strong regional anesthesia skills, with a focus on interventional pain and orthopedic cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently administer anesthesia for interventional pain and orthopedic procedures
• Perform regional blocks with high proficiency
• Manage patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively in an ASC setting
• Collaborate with a small, CRNA-focused team and ASC staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily pay: $1,800 – $1,900 (1099)
• PRN flexibility – 4 to 6 coverage days/month
• Thursdays and/or Fridays only
• Independent practice opportunity in a CRNA-owned group

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for licensure in Michigan
• Proficiency in regional blocks is required
• Ability to work independently in an ASC environment
