Job Description
Q Medical Management is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for per diem vascular anesthesia coverage in Indianapolis, Indiana. This opportunity offers a flexible one-day-per-week schedule, competitive hourly pay, and the chance to finish work in time for dinner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for vascular cases in an outpatient setting.
- Deliver safe, effective anesthesia independently under a CRNA-only practice model.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
Compensation & Terms
- $200/hour with an 8-hour daily guarantee.
- PRN / per diem scheduling – approx. 1 floating day per week.
- 1099 independent contractor engagement.
Job Requirements
- NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
- Active Indiana CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Prior vascular anesthesia experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN per diem position – 1 floating day per week.
- Daytime shifts only; finish early with no call or weekend responsibilities.
- Supportive private practice group in Indianapolis, IN.
