Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for ongoing coverage at Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity to practice with full autonomy in a CRNA-only model alongside a supportive and experienced team. Key Responsibilities

• Independently administer anesthesia across a wide range of surgical specialties
• Provide high-quality care for ortho, endo, ENT, ophthalmology, general surgery, OB/GYN, podiatry, and urology
• Participate in 1:6 beeper call from home with post-call day off
• Collaborate with a team of 6 CRNAs, with 4 on-site daily

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Board certification required
• Eligible for Kansas licensure

• PRN schedule with dates beginning 8/18
• 1:6 beeper call from home with post-call day off
• Facility staffed with 6 CRNAs, 4 on-site each day
