PRN CRNA Job in Spring Hill – Surgery Center – $190/hr
Job Description
An outpatient surgery center in Spring Hill, Florida is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for PRN coverage through a national private anesthesia group. This opportunity is ideal for CRNAs looking for flexible PRN work in a fast-paced ambulatory setting with a diverse surgical case mix.
The typical workday runs from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with compensation set at a competitive hourly rate and an 8-hour daily minimum. CRNAs will work under medical direction and must be efficient with regional anesthesia techniques.
This is a 1099 PRN position offering immediate availability. The surgery center provides a broad range of cases while maintaining a predictable daytime schedule and no OB responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in an ambulatory surgery center setting
- Perform regional anesthesia blocks efficiently
- Manage anesthesia for orthopedic, general surgery, endoscopy, bariatric, vascular, spine, ENT, and urology cases
- Collaborate with anesthesia and perioperative staff under medical direction
- Ensure safe, high-quality anesthesia delivery throughout the perioperative period
Compensation & Benefits
- $190 per hour with an 8-hour minimum per day
- Approximately $1,500 per day based on minimum coverage
- 1099 independent contractor status
- PRN scheduling flexibility
- No obstetric cases
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Florida CRNA licensure required
- Strong proficiency with regional anesthesia blocks
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-throughput surgery center
