PRN CRNA Job – Pain Management ASC (Tyler, TX)
Job Description
An established practice in the Tyler, TX area is seeking experienced CRNAs for PRN locum coverage. The role involves sedation for pain management cases and stimulator trials, offering a high daily rate and a predictable schedule of Thursdays plus one Friday per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia for interventional pain procedures and stimulator trials
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans
- Administer and monitor sedation throughout procedures
- Ensure safe recovery and post-anesthesia care
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff in a supportive outpatient setting
Compensation & Benefits
- $2,000 per day (1099 independent contractor)
- PRN schedule with flexibility
- No call, no nights, no weekends
- Direct work with an established regional practice
Job Requirements
- Current CRNA certification and Texas state licensure
- Experience in pain management or outpatient anesthesia preferred
- Must provide own malpractice insurance
- Strong independent practice and critical decision-making skills
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN schedule: every Thursday and one Friday per month
- Daytime hours only
- Outpatient interventional pain management center
