Job Description

Join an all-CRNA private practice providing office-based IV sedation services across Kansas. This mobile practice offers professional autonomy and a balanced schedule, with no nights, weekends, major holidays, or call. Work three days per week with travel opportunities built in after onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for both pediatric and adult patients
• Deliver IV sedation in dental office settings across Kansas
• Participate in scheduled travel with overnight stays (after onboarding)
• Maintain strong client relationships and perform with clinical independence

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 rate: $2,000–$3,000 per day (depending on location)
• W-2 base salary: $220,000 annually
• Travel bonus and per diem: $300–$500 net per day
• Hotels up to $175/night and weekly meal allowance ($140–$195)
• Extra shift bonus: $1,000 net per day
• Five weeks of vacation, six paid holidays, and one CME week with $3,000 allowance
• Corporate vehicle fully covered (fuel & maintenance)
• Cell phone allowance: up to $100/month
• Health, dental, vision, HSA, and optional Aflac coverage
• 401k with 3% company contribution after six months

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
• Strong skills in both pediatric and adult anesthesia
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Schedule & Work Environment

• Three days per week, Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–5:00 pm
• No nights, weekends, major holidays, or call
• After four months, minimum of three overnight travel stays per month
