Job Description
Sweet Dreams Anesthesia is seeking a part-time/PRN CRNA to join a growing CRNA-only anesthesia team providing services at New South Neuro in Flowood, Mississippi. This opportunity offers a supportive and collaborative environment with fantastic surgeons and a predictable weekday schedule.
The position focuses primarily on MAC cases in an outpatient setting with no nights, weekends, or call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide monitored anesthesia care (MAC) for general cases
- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure safe recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation using Graphium EMR
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 independent contractor position

Job Requirements
- Active Mississippi CRNA license
- Current NBCRNA certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Minimum experience required (new graduates not accepted)

- Monday – Friday schedule

- Autonomous CRNA-only practice model
- Collaborative clinical environment
- No first or second call responsibilities
