Southwest Memorial Health, in partnership with Novus Anesthesia Partners, is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a PRN anesthesia team in Cortez, Colorado. This opportunity offers CRNAs the chance to practice in a well-supported hospital environment with a broad and diverse surgical caseload.

CRNAs in this role will work alongside a collaborative clinical team while practicing independently, with no medical direction by anesthesiologists. The position is ideal for CRNAs who value autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to supplement income through PRN scheduling in a community-focused healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures
• Develop and implement patient-centered anesthetic plans
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period
• Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation
• Adhere to safety, quality, and infection control protocols

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily rate ranging from $2,000 to $2,500
• Base hourly rate of $250
• Weekday call compensation: $400 plus $250 per hour
• Weekend call compensation: $1,000 plus $250 per hour
• 1099 independent contractor position

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification and active Colorado licensure
• Minimum of two years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred
• Comfortable practicing independently in a hospital setting
• Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN schedule based on facility needs
• Hospital-based anesthesia practice
• Diverse case mix including ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, and more
