Job Description

Gwinnett Endoscopy, part of the United Digestive network, is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to support its outpatient GI endoscopy center in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This role is designed for CRNAs who prefer a predictable weekday schedule, independent practice, and a focused procedural case mix without call, nights, weekends, or holiday responsibilities.

This position supports a high-throughput endoscopy environment where CRNAs practice autonomously while collaborating with gastroenterologists and clinical staff to deliver safe, efficient anesthesia care. Both W-2 and 1099 arrangements are available, making this opportunity well-suited for CRNAs seeking flexible PRN work or supplemental income.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations for GI endoscopy patients
• Independently administer anesthesia for outpatient endoscopic procedures
• Monitor patients intra-procedure and throughout post-anesthesia recovery
• Manage airways, hemodynamics, and sedation without medical direction
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and readiness for discharge
• Accurately document anesthesia care and clinical assessments

Job Requirements

• Active Georgia CRNA license or eligibility
• ACLS certification required
• GI endoscopy anesthesia experience preferred

• New graduates considered on a conditional basis
