Nuvia Dental Implant Center is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its dental anesthesia team in West Bloomfield, Michigan. This role supports full-arch dental implant and full-mouth restoration procedures in an office-based setting and offers a high level of clinical autonomy.

CRNAs in this position practice independently in a solo provider model while collaborating closely with oral surgeons. The role includes a daily guarantee regardless of case volume and a predictable weekday schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs seeking autonomy, stability, and meaningful patient impact.

Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities

• Administer general anesthesia with nasal intubation for dental implant procedures
• Perform pre-operative patient assessments and anesthesia planning
• Collaborate with oral surgeons to optimize anesthesia care
• Monitor patients throughout anesthesia administration and recovery
• Maintain accurate and thorough anesthesia documentation

Job Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Current CRNA certification in good standing
• Active RN and APRN licensure in the state of Michigan (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum of two years of CRNA experience, including one year of solo practice
• Proficiency with general anesthesia and nasal intubations
• Current ACLS and BLS certification

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN schedule with weekday coverage only
• Report time around 6:30 AM with first case starting at 7:00 AM
• Office-based anesthesia in a dental implant center
• Solo CRNA practice with full autonomy
