PRN CRNA – Office-Based Dental Anesthesia in Utah

Ivory Anesthesia is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide occasional coverage in a growing, office-based dental anesthesia practice serving the Salt Lake City, Ogden, and Provo metro areas. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering full clinical autonomy in a CRNA-only model with no anesthesiologist supervision.

CRNAs in this role provide anesthesia services for dental procedures in a controlled outpatient environment. All supplies, monitors, and equipment are provided by the practice, allowing providers to focus entirely on patient care. The case mix varies by procedure type, with hourly billing rates ranging from approximately $300 to $440 depending on complexity.

This position is ideal for CRNAs seeking flexible, supplemental work with predictable days, strong compensation upside, and no hospital-related stressors. There are no nights, weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities. Schedules are arranged based on mutual availability, making this an excellent option for experienced CRNAs who enjoy independent practice and office-based anesthesia.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily minimum guarantee of $1,300
• 70% of gross collections paid to PRN CRNAs
• Typical daily earnings range up to $2,500 depending on case volume
• All anesthesia equipment and supplies provided

Job Requirements

• Active CRNA certification
• Comfortable practicing independently without medical direction
• Strong patient care and communication skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN / occasional coverage
