PRN CRNA Opening – CFAGI, Maitland FL | 1099 Contract
Job Description
CFAGI is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its GI ambulatory surgery center in Maitland, Florida. This independent 1099 role offers flexible scheduling (minimum 1 shift per week) in a supportive environment, focused exclusively on endoscopy procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective anesthesia for outpatient GI cases, including colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, and endoscopy.
- Perform patient assessments, administer anesthesia, and monitor recovery.
- Maintain accurate records in the gMed EMR system.
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 independent contractor position.
- Competitive daily/hourly rate.
- Flexible PRN scheduling – minimum 1 shift per week.
- Daytime hours only, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Job Requirements
- NBCRNA certification and active Florida CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience in outpatient anesthesia preferred, GI experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced ASC environment.
Schedule & Work Environment
- ASC setting with 3 OR rooms.
- Collaborative team of 5 GI physicians.
- No call, nights, or weekends required.
