Job Description
Anesthesia Management Solutions (AMS) is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide anesthesia services at a dedicated ophthalmology surgery center in St. Petersburg, Florida. This position is focused exclusively on eye cases and offers an exceptionally low-stress clinical environment with short workdays and a predictable schedule.
This opportunity is ideal for CRNAs looking to supplement income with easy PRN work, maintain procedural skills in a focused specialty, or transition into lighter clinical days without call or weekend obligations.
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN coverage at a single outpatient eye center
- 8-hour daily guarantee
- Typical workdays range from 4–6 hours
- No call, nights, or weekends
- Consistent, predictable case flow
Compensation
- $175 per hour
- Daily guarantee equivalent to $1,400 per day
- 1099 independent contractor position
Clinical Focus
- Ophthalmology cases only
- Eye blocks performed regularly
- No general surgery or high-acuity cases
- Streamlined anesthesia workflow in a controlled outpatient setting

Job Requirements
- Active Florida CRNA license
