PRN CRNA Opportunity – $190/hr with 8-Hour Guarantee in Hamden

Job Description

An exciting PRN opportunity is available for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) at a leading endoscopy center in Hamden, Connecticut. CRNAs will work under a medical direction model providing safe and effective anesthesia care for a wide range of endoscopic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care for endoscopy procedures in a collaborative care team environment.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and manage anesthesia throughout the perioperative period.
• Administer sedation and monitor patient status, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other clinical professionals to optimize workflow and patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all compliance and safety standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• $190 per hour with a guaranteed 8-hour shift
• Opportunity for full-time, part-time, or per diem scheduling

Job Requirements

• Active CRNA license and NBCRNA certification
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in outpatient or endoscopy anesthesia preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
