Case Mix & Clinical Practice

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
- Obtain and verify informed patient consent
- Discuss anesthesia plans, options, and risks with patients
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Continuous monitoring of patient physiological status
- Provide clinical interventions as required during procedures
- Assist with coordination and daily activities within the anesthesia department
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to patient safety standards

Job Requirements
- Current license as a Registered Professional Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
- Current certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
