Columbia Gorge Surgery Center is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a PRN opportunity at an independent ambulatory surgery center located in The Dalles, Oregon. This role offers flexible weekday scheduling in a low-stress outpatient environment with an efficient case flow.

CRNAs in this position practice independently while providing anesthesia care for orthopedic, podiatry, and ophthalmology procedures. Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Administer general and regional anesthesia independently
• Monitor and manage patients throughout surgical procedures
• Provide post-anesthesia care and complete clinical documentation
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and OR personnel to support safe care

Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements

• Current NBCRNA certification
• Active RN and CRNA licensure in Oregon and/or Washington (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of one to two years of anesthesia experience preferred
• Ability to practice independently with sound clinical judgment
