Integrity Anesthesia Solutions is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our independent practice team at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital in Brattleboro, Vermont. Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope anesthesia services in an independent practice setting
• Perform regional and neuraxial anesthesia, including epidurals and peripheral nerve blocks
• Deliver anesthesia care for a diverse surgical caseload
• Participate in both day shift and call rotations

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Rate: $2,000–$3,500 per day
• Hourly Rate: $250/hour
• Call Pay: $1,000 per weeknight | $2,000 per weekend night
• Malpractice: Coverage provided
• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active state license
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia required
• Epidural experience preferred
• Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain
• Ability to practice independently with sound clinical judgment

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN schedule with day and call shifts available
• Independent CRNA practice model
• Collaborative clinical environment with a focus on patient safety and autonomy
• Case mix includes OB (approx. 240 deliveries/year), General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Urology, and Endoscopy
