PRN CRNA Opportunity – Office-Based Cosmetic Surgery | Orlando
Job Description
Enlighten Skin and Body Surgical Suite is seeking a professional and dependable Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join its team on a PRN basis. This role is based in a small, office-based ambulatory surgical suite in Orlando, Florida, and is primarily focused on providing anesthesia services for elective cosmetic procedures. The position is ideal for CRNAs seeking flexible, low-volume work in a controlled, predictable clinical environment.
The CRNA will work closely with board-certified plastic surgeons in a collaborative setting that prioritizes patient safety, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes. Most coverage is anticipated on Thursdays, with no call responsibilities, no weekends, and no holidays. Daily schedules are capped at no more than eight hours, with typically one surgical case per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general anesthesia for elective cosmetic surgical procedures
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
- Monitor patients throughout the intraoperative period
- Manage emergence and post-anesthesia recovery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Compensation
- Daily rate range: $1,000–$1,300 per day
- 1099 independent contractor status
- No unpaid call or standby expectations
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN / as-needed coverage
- Primarily Thursdays
- No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
- Maximum of one surgical case per day
- Office-based ambulatory surgery setting
- Elective cosmetic procedures including liposuction, abdominoplasty, and breast surgery
Job Requirements
- Current NBCRNA certification
- Active and unrestricted Florida CRNA license
- ACLS certification required
- Eligibility for independent anesthesia practice under Florida regulations
- Plastic surgery or office-based anesthesia experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
