PRN CRNA Opportunity – Outpatient Ortho & Podiatry Centers in Northern Colorado

Job Description

A PRN CRNA is needed to provide anesthesia coverage for outpatient surgical centers in Northern Colorado. This role focuses on podiatry and orthopedic procedures, with Wednesday availability required. Ideal candidates will have strong regional anesthesia skills and prior outpatient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV sedation (Versed) and Propofol as appropriate for surgical procedures.
• Provide safe, effective anesthesia for podiatry and orthopedic cases.
• Perform nerve blocks for post-operative pain management, including interscalene, popliteal, and femoral blocks (preferred).
• Ensure accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Current NBCRNA certification and Colorado CRNA license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong independent practice skills.
• Preferred experience with orthopedic nerve blocks.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient surgical environment.

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN coverage required every Wednesday.
• Outpatient surgical centers in Northern Colorado.
• Caseload includes podiatry and orthopedic procedures.
• Primarily IV sedation with occasional heavy Propofol use, depending on case.
