PRN CRNA Opportunity – Surgery Center Coverage in The Villages
Job Description
Radar Healthcare is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide ongoing PRN coverage at a busy, well-established surgery center in The Villages, Florida. This flexible opportunity offers a steady weekday schedule, guaranteed daily hours, and an enjoyable outpatient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and efficient anesthesia services across a range of outpatient surgical procedures.
- Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations, administer anesthesia, and monitor patients during and after surgery.
- Work collaboratively within a care team model alongside anesthesiologists and surgical staff.
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and documentation standards.
Compensation & Schedule
- Compensation: Competitive daily rate (8-hour guarantee)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Call/Weekends: None
- Case Types: Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Urology, Hand, ENT (No Pediatrics)
- Employment Type: PRN 1099 Contract
Job Requirements
- Active Florida CRNA license (or eligibility)
- NBCRNA certification
- Experience in outpatient surgery or care team environments preferred
- Ability to start quickly—fast credentialing available
