Job Description

CRH Anesthesia, the nation’s largest outpatient GI anesthesia management company, is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for PRN coverage at Banner Surgery Center – Ironwood in Queen Creek, Arizona. This opportunity offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with predictable hours, high autonomy, and premium hourly pay in a supportive outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures in a two-room center.
• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations, administer anesthesia, and monitor patient recovery.
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia support staff to ensure patient safety and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $300/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Case Volume: Approximately 5 cases per room daily
• Facility Type: Outpatient surgery center (2 operating rooms)
• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Job Requirements

• Active Arizona CRNA license (or eligibility)
• NBCRNA certification in good standing
• Prior experience in outpatient or GI anesthesia preferred
• Ability to work independently with efficiency and precision
