Job Description

An established outpatient anesthesia group is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide sedation services across outpatient surgery and pain management centers in the Southern Maryland area. This flexible PRN opportunity is ideal for CRNAs seeking independent practice with excellent daily rates and a predictable outpatient schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer sedation anesthesia for outpatient pain management and minor surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-procedure patient evaluations and develop safe, individualized anesthetic plans.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and during recovery to ensure safety and comfort.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and surgical staff to maintain smooth procedural flow.
• Deliver high-quality anesthesia care in accordance with established clinical guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily rate: $1,300–$2,000 based on experience and case volume

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current Maryland CRNA license (or ability to obtain)
