PRN CRNA – Outpatient Vascular Surgery Center (No Call, No Nights, No Weekends)

Job Description

Azura Vascular Care is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to support a high-efficiency outpatient vascular surgery center in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is focused exclusively on scheduled daytime procedures with no call, no weekends, and no overnight work, making it well-suited for CRNAs seeking predictable PRN coverage in an autonomous practice environment.

The CRNA will deliver anesthesia services in a dedicated outpatient setting specializing in minimally invasive vascular procedures. Practice is independent with no medical direction, emphasizing efficiency, safety, and consistent case flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia and sedation for outpatient vascular procedures
• Manage airways and intraoperative anesthesia care
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
• Provide post-anesthesia care and discharge management
• Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation and compliance standards

Clinical Focus

• Outpatient vascular procedures
• Regional anesthesia utilized regularly
• No cardiac, OB, pediatrics, trauma, or neuro cases

Schedule & Work Structure

• PRN position
• Daytime outpatient schedule only
• No call responsibilities
• No nights or weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily pay range: $1,200–$1,800 per day
• W-2 employment status
• Predictable outpatient workflow

Job Requirements

• Active Wisconsin CRNA license required
• NBCRNA certification required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Prior CRNA experience preferred
