Job Description

MedStream Management is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a part-time PRN position at Carolina Coast Surgery Center in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. This independent practice role offers full autonomy, no call, no weekends, and an exceptional coastal work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care for regional and orthopedic cases.
• Perform and manage nerve blocks and other regional anesthesia techniques.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and post-anesthesia recovery assessments.
• Collaborate with surgeons and staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $250/hour
• Schedule: Two Fridays per month
• Call/Weekends: None
• Daily Guarantee: 8 hours
• Practice Model: CRNA-only
• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Job Requirements

• Active South Carolina CRNA license (or eligibility)
• NBCRNA certification
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia and orthopedic blocks required
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient surgical environment
