Job Description

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team on a PRN basis at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, Oklahoma. This CRNA-only practice offers a wide case variety, strong clinical support, and the flexibility of PRN scheduling within a growing, clinician-led organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across four sites of service daily.
• Deliver safe, high-quality care for a variety of procedures including orthopedic (general and total joints), general surgery, gastro/endo, GYN, OB, urology, and podiatry cases.
• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations, develop and implement anesthesia plans, and manage patients throughout the perioperative process.
• Utilize and, if needed, learn regional anesthesia techniques including ultrasound-guided and peripheral nerve blocks.
• Collaborate with fellow CRNAs and clinical leadership to ensure efficient case flow and optimal outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Board Certified
• Proficiency in regional, ultrasound-guided, and peripheral nerve blocks (training available if needed)
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN position with flexible scheduling
• CRNA-only model with four CRNAs on-site daily
• Volume averages 370 cases across four sites of service
