Job Description
The Surgical Specialty Center of Northeastern PA, operated by AMSURG, is seeking PRN CRNAs to join its dedicated anesthesia team. This outpatient eye center offers exceptional work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend responsibilities. CRNAs work in a CRNA-only model providing sedation and anesthesia care for endoscopy procedures in a highly supportive and patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia care in a CRNA-only outpatient surgery center
- Evaluate patient health history and develop individualized sedation plans
- Administer and manage sedation for EGD and colonoscopy procedures
- Monitor airway and supervise patient recovery
- Ensure high standards of patient safety and satisfaction
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 hourly PRN position
- Competitive compensation
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No nights, call, or weekend responsibilities
- Optional Saturday shifts at select locations

Job Requirements
- Graduate of a School of Nursing
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Current AANA certification
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum two years of CRNA experience
- Strong ethical and professional conduct
- Basic computer skills
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN per diem position
- Center open Monday–Friday
- No FIRST or SECOND call
- CRNA-only model
- Outpatient setting focused on eye and endoscopy procedures
