TeamHealth is expanding and excited to offer a new PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) opportunity at Tampa Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Center. Join a highly skilled anesthesia team serving a growing ambulatory surgery center with a diverse mix of cases including spine, ENT, gastroenterology, and more. This flexible PRN role allows you to design your own schedule while maintaining excellent work/life balance in one of Florida’s most vibrant cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of outpatient surgical cases, including spine, ENT, and gastroenterology procedures.
- Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
- Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout the perioperative process.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia team members for optimal outcomes and workflow.

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Florida CRNA license required
- Experience in outpatient or ambulatory surgery center settings preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, independence, and teamwork skills
