The Children’s Surgery Center at Lancaster is seeking a PRN CRNA to join a highly regarded pediatric dental surgery team. This 3-room outpatient facility specializes exclusively in pediatric dental rehabilitation, offering a predictable, well-structured clinical environment ideal for CRNAs who enjoy working with children in a low-stress, supportive setting. The practice operates with a 1 MD to 3 CRNA model, ensuring strong collaboration and a balanced workflow. Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for pediatric dental rehabilitation and related procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations tailored to exclusively pediatric patients
- Administer safe and effective anesthesia in a 3-room surgery center environment
- Monitor and manage pediatric patients throughout perioperative care
- Collaborate closely with a supportive pediatric-focused MD and CRNA team
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,400 per day (8-hour daily guarantee)
- 1099 independent contractor arrangement

Job Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Active Pennsylvania CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification
- Interest and comfort working with pediatric patients
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative care-team model
