PRN CRNA – West County – Missouri Facial Plastics Center

Job Description

Quantum Anesthesia Services is seeking an experienced, independent-minded CRNA to join a facial plastics surgery center in West County, Missouri. This PRN opportunity is ideal for a CRNA looking to add consistent, low-stress outpatient work to their schedule while maintaining a high level of autonomy. Coverage is needed 1–2 days per week in a focused, office-based anesthesia environment.

All cases are monitored anesthesia care (MAC) only, with no general anesthesia and no medical direction. This is a CRNA-only role designed for clinicians who are confident practicing independently and value efficiency, predictability, and a streamlined workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide MAC anesthesia for facial plastics procedures
• Independently manage all aspects of anesthesia care
• Monitor patient status and ensure safe perioperative outcomes
• Collaborate directly with the surgical team in an office-based setting

Compensation & Benefits

• $235 per hour compensation
• 6-hour daily minimum guarantee
• Malpractice insurance provided
• Direct relationship with the practice — no agencies

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN position, 1–2 days per week
• Office-based facial plastics center
• All MAC cases
• No call, no nights, no weekends

Job Requirements

• Experienced CRNA comfortable with independent practice
• Strong background in office-based anesthesia preferred
• Ability to work autonomously without anesthesiologist supervision
