Job Description

Wisdom Teeth Guys, a leading oral surgery practice, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their PRN pool in Phoenix, Arizona. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling across multiple metro locations, no call requirements, and the ability to choose which sites and days you prefer to work. The practice provides IV sedation for a relatively healthy patient population (ASA 1 and 2).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IV sedation for outpatient oral surgery procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and monitor patient safety during recovery.
• Deliver anesthesia care for primarily healthy patients (ASA 1–2).
• Rotate across Phoenix metro and Tucson office locations based on availability.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated pay: $160/hour (average 8–10 hour shifts).
• W-2 employment available, with 1099 option negotiable.
• Saturday shifts available at times, but not required.
• Malpractice coverage negotiable for W-2 employees.

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
• Active Arizona license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience with IV sedation preferred.
• Ability to work independently in outpatient settings.

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN coverage: Tuesday–Friday with 2 Saturdays per month optional.
• Shifts average 8–10 hours.
• No on-call duties.
• Practice locations:
  • Phoenix Metro: Glendale, Mesa, Central Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale
  • Tucson: 2 days per month
• Flexibility to cover all sites or only selected ones.
