Job Description
Hiring per diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to support outpatient surgery centers in Palm Beach and Stuart, Florida. This PRN opportunity offers flexible 8-hour shifts, competitive tiered hourly pay, and a streamlined, tech-enabled workflow that simplifies scheduling and payment.
CRNAs practice in ambulatory settings with predictable daytime coverage. PearMed’s mobile app enables paperless clock-in/out and invoicing, with a next-day pay option available. This role is ideal for CRNAs seeking flexible supplemental work, consistent ASC cases, and efficient operations.
The position is offered as a 1099 per diem role with malpractice coverage included and immediate start availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in outpatient surgery center environments
- Deliver safe, efficient anesthesia during scheduled 8-hour shifts
- Collaborate with perioperative teams across ASC locations
- Use PearMed’s app for timekeeping and paperless invoicing
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate up to $200 per hour for 15 shifts per month
- $175 per hour for fewer than 15 shifts per month
- Daily earnings approximately $1,400–$1,600 per shift
- 1099 independent contractor status

Job Requirements
