AMS Anesthesia is seeking PRN CRNAs to support a busy and well-organized ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in Hudson, Florida. This position offers predictable daytime hours, a strong hourly rate, and a steady mix of outpatient cases that make for efficient and enjoyable workdays. CRNAs will manage anesthesia for endoscopy, bread-and-butter general procedures, ophthalmology, orthopedics, and podiatry. The ASC setting ensures a streamlined workflow with consistent case turnover and minimal variability, making this an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking supplemental income or a flexible schedule without call responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia care for ASC cases including endoscopy, general bread-and-butter procedures, ophthalmology, orthopedics, and podiatry
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthetic plans
- Administer and manage anesthesia throughout outpatient procedures
- Monitor patient safety and comfort during perioperative care
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and AMS leadership to ensure smooth clinical operations
Compensation & Benefits
- $190 per hour
- 8-hour daily minimum guarantee
- 1099 independent contractor structure
- Support from AMS Regional Medical Directors and National Chief Medical Officer

Job Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Active Florida CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification
- Clinical experience with ASC case types strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment

- PRN scheduling with flexible availability

- No call, nights, or weekend requirements
