PRN Dental Anesthesia CRNA – $200/hr (No Call Mon–Thurs in White Marsh)
Job Description
Lincoln Healthcare is seeking experienced CRNAs for an urgent PRN opportunity at a well-established outpatient dental surgical center in White Marsh, Maryland. This 1099 independent contractor role offers a predictable Monday–Thursday schedule with 6–8 hour shifts, low daily case volume, and full clinical autonomy in a modern dental anesthesia setting.
This position focuses exclusively on dental anesthesia cases in an office-based environment with no nights, weekends, or call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dental anesthesia in an outpatient surgical center
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and obtain informed consent
- Administer open airway sedation using propofol, fentanyl, midazolam, and ketamine
- Independently manage airway, sedation depth, and patient safety
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage recovery
- Collaborate with dental surgeons and clinical staff to ensure optimal outcomes
Compensation & Benefits
- $200 per hour
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Monday–Thursday schedule
- 6–8 hour shifts
- 2–3 patients per day
- No call, nights, or weekends
Job Requirements
- Active Maryland CRNA license
- Current NBCRNA certification
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum 1 year CRNA experience
- Strong airway management and independent clinical decision-making skills
- Must carry malpractice insurance with minimum limits of $1M/$3M
- Experience in dental anesthesia, sedation dentistry, or oral & maxillofacial surgery preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN position
- Monday–Thursday only
- 6–8 hour shifts
- Low-volume outpatient dental surgical center
- Independent practice model
- No first or second call responsibilities
