Job Description

Lincoln Healthcare is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide IV sedation services for a high-performing oral and dental surgery practice in Spokane, Washington. This PRN, 1099 opportunity is designed for CRNAs who are efficient, comfortable with back-to-back cases, and enjoy working in a fast-paced outpatient dental environment with a predictable schedule.

Coverage begins in January with consistent monthly blocks as physician schedules evolve throughout the year. This role offers a strong hourly rate, guaranteed hours, and a well-organized clinical setting supported by an experienced and collaborative surgical team. It is an excellent fit for CRNAs looking to supplement existing work or focus on office-based anesthesia without call or weekend obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IV sedation and anesthesia services for oral and dental surgery procedures
• Independently manage airways and patient monitoring throughout the perioperative period
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and oversee post-procedure recovery
• Safely manage multiple consecutive cases in a structured outpatient setting
• Collaborate closely with oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and surgical assistants

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate of $240
• Six-hour daily guarantee
• PRN, 1099 independent contractor position

Schedule & Work Environment

• Early start time around 5:30 AM
• Typical workday ends between 2:00 and 3:00 PM
• Six to eight hour shifts
• Approximately five cases per day

Case Mix

• Dental anesthesia and IV sedation

Job Requirements

• Active Washington CRNA license
• NBCRNA certification
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Prior experience with IV sedation and high-volume outpatient cases
• Strong airway management skills
• Comfort working independently in an office-based setting
• Malpractice liability insurance with minimum coverage of 1M/3M
