PRN Dental Anesthesia CRNA – Multiple Sites – New Jersey

Job Description

Hiring CRNAs for outpatient dental anesthesia coverage across New Jersey. These low-volume, high-autonomy roles offer excellent work-life balance with no nights, weekends, or call requirements. You’ll work in modern dental surgical centers, handling 2–3 patients per day, with a supportive team and independent practice model.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IV sedation and anesthesia for outpatient dental procedures
• Work independently, managing own cases with logistical support
• Administer agents such as propofol, fentanyl, midazolam, and ketamine
• Ensure airway management and patient safety throughout each procedure

Compensation & Benefits

• $240/hr+ as a 1099 independent contractor
• 6–8 hour weekday shifts (Mon–Fri)
• Malpractice insurance requirement: $1M/$3M coverage
• Consistent weekly scheduling across multiple NJ locations

Job Requirements

• Active NJ CRNA license
• NBCRNA certification
• Current BLS & ACLS
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience with dental anesthesia preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN, weekday-only shifts (Mon–Fri)
• 6–8 hour days with 2–3 patients per day
• No nights, weekends, or on-call
• Modern outpatient dental anesthesia facilities
