PRN Dental Anesthesia CRNA Needed in Vancouver
Job Description
Lincoln Healthcare is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide dental anesthesia services for an established oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Vancouver, Washington. This is a PRN, 1099 independent contractor opportunity designed for CRNAs who value flexibility, autonomy, and predictable outpatient work in a low-stress clinical environment.
This role focuses on IV anesthesia sedation for dental implant surgery and related oral procedures. Coverage is per diem and supplemental, with self-scheduling and no minimum shift commitment required. Most providers average three to five shifts per month, making this an ideal option for CRNAs supplementing an existing role or seeking consistent PRN work without call obligations.
Shifts are scheduled Monday through Thursday and typically run six to eight hours, with most days finishing earlier. Each shift includes a six-hour guaranteed minimum at a competitive hourly rate. Daily case volume is intentionally low, with approximately two to three cases per day, allowing CRNAs to focus on patient safety, airway management, and smooth perioperative flow.
The practice environment is fully equipped for office-based anesthesia and supported by a collaborative surgical team. Each case is assisted by experienced surgical staff, and a crash cart is available on site. CRNAs work independently, administering anesthesia without medical direction, and are expected to be comfortable managing propofol-based IV sedation and medically complex adult patients.
This position offers a reliable schedule, strong clinical support, and a professional atmosphere centered on efficiency and patient-centered care. Lincoln Healthcare manages coordination and scheduling through streamlined communication, making onboarding and ongoing coverage straightforward.
