PRN Dental Anesthesia CRNA Opportunity in Glen Allen – $200–$225/hr

Lincoln Healthcare is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide dental anesthesia services in an outpatient surgical setting located in Glen Allen, Virginia, just outside of Richmond. This PRN, 1099 opportunity is ideal for CRNAs who value predictable schedules, low patient volume, and a calm, highly autonomous practice environment.

The position focuses exclusively on dental anesthesia and IV sedation, supporting an established dental and oral surgery practice. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Thursday, typically lasting 6 to 8 hours, with no nights, weekends, or call responsibilities. This role is well suited for CRNAs looking to supplement existing work or transition into a focused outpatient dental anesthesia setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IV sedation and anesthesia services for dental and oral surgery procedures
• Independently manage airways and patient monitoring throughout procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and post-procedure recovery oversight
• Respond to patient needs and manage any intraoperative or recovery-related events
• Collaborate with dentists, oral surgeons, and clinical staff to ensure safe patient care

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly compensation ranging from $200 to $225
• PRN, 1099 independent contractor status
• 6–8 hour shifts with efficient case flow
• Low daily volume of approximately 2–3 patients per day
• No call, nights, weekends, or holiday coverage required

Job Requirements

• Active Virginia CRNA license
• NBCRNA certification
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of one year of CRNA experience
• Strong airway management and independent decision-making skills
• Malpractice liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1M/$3M
