SSM Health Dean Medical Group, one of the largest multi-specialty integrated healthcare delivery systems in the U.S., is seeking a PRN/Fill-In Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their collaborative anesthesia team in Madison, Wisconsin. This employed role provides a competitive hourly rate, malpractice coverage, and flexible scheduling across diverse surgical cases at St. Mary’s Hospital and the adjacent Surgery & Care Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care in a collaborative team model alongside 17 anesthesiologists and 77+ CRNAs.
• Participate in anesthesia care across a wide case mix, including:
  • General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, GI, Vascular
  • Cardiothoracic (dedicated cardiac team), Neurosurgery
  • Healthy Pediatrics, OB
• Provide anesthesia services across 12 main ORs, 3 cardiovascular ORs, 3 endoscopy rooms, 3 OB suites, multiple medical imaging procedure rooms, and 8 ORs at the outpatient Surgery & Care Center.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of a nationally accredited CRNA program.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Wisconsin CRNA licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and decision-making ability.

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN/Fill-In role with flexible weekday scheduling (no weekends required).
• Shifts available in 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour formats.
