PRN Independent CRNA – Eaton Rapids Medical Center

Job Description

Eaton Rapids Medical Center in Eaton Rapids, Michigan is seeking one independent CRNA to join an established CRNA-only team. This is a 1099 PRN opportunity for 3 to 5 days per month with potential for additional days to cover busy schedules and vacations.

This is not a locums position. The practice is fully autonomous and requires the ability to work independently across a broad surgical case mix.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care including general anesthesia (GA), spinal anesthesia (SAB), and MAC
• Manage cases including general surgery, orthopedics, neuro (backs and necks), pain procedures, ophthalmology, urology, and endoscopy
• Perform spinal anesthesia and regional blocks
• Insert arterial lines and central venous catheters as needed
• Participate in preoperative screening clinic responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 independent contractor status
• No call responsibilities
• Opportunity for additional days based on need
• Malpractice not provided

Job Requirements

• Active Michigan license required
• NBCRNA certification required (must be fully certified)
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Must be comfortable practicing independently
• New graduates not accepted

• No first or second call responsibilities
• Independent CRNA-only practice model
• Busy surgical environment with diverse case mix
