Job Description

Integrity Anesthesia Solutions is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our independent anesthesia team at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, located in the scenic New Hampshire–Vermont border region. This opportunity is ideal for CRNAs who excel in autonomous practice and are comfortable managing a diverse case mix in a supportive hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope anesthesia care across multiple specialties
• Perform regional and neuraxial anesthesia independently
• Provide safe and efficient anesthesia services for inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Participate in call and day shift rotations as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Rate: $2,000–$3,500 per day
• Hourly Rate: $250/hour
• Call Pay: $1,000 per weeknight | $2,000 per weekend night
• Malpractice: Fully covered
• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active license
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia and block techniques required
• Epidural experience preferred
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable practicing independently in a collaborative environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN, flexible scheduling with call and day shift availability
• Independent CRNA practice model—no supervision
• Collaborative, high-functioning clinical team
• Case mix includes OB, General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Urology, and Endoscopy
