Melbourne Surgery Center is seeking experienced CRNAs to join its high-performing anesthesia team as PRN, part-time, or full-time 1099 providers. This independent practice opportunity offers CRNAs the ability to work at the top of their scope in a fast-paced, multi-specialty operating room environment featuring regional anesthesia, pediatrics, and close collaboration with both CRNA and physician colleagues. Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope independent anesthesia care in a multi-specialty OR
• Perform regional anesthesia, pediatric cases, and general sedation/anesthesia
• Conduct thorough preoperative evaluations and develop individualized anesthetic plans
• Manage intraoperative anesthesia and monitor patient status throughout procedures
• Collaborate with CRNA and MD colleagues in a supportive, autonomous environment

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 independent contractor engagement
• Experienced CRNAs may earn $380,000–$420,000+ annually
• FT: $200/hr; 4-day or 5-day guarantees (32–40 hours)
• PT: $185/hr with a 24-hour (3-day) weekly guarantee
• PRN: $180/hr with a 6-hour guarantee and 4-day monthly minimum
• No call, no weekends, no holidays
• Additional compensation available for higher-paying sites or evening work

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active Florida CRNA license
• NBCRNA certification
• Experience performing regional anesthesia preferred
• Ability to work independently in a multi-specialty OR setting

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN, part-time, or full-time roles available
• Monday–Friday scheduling with 8–10 hour shifts
• Daily peel-off scheduling for guaranteed FT/ PT tracks
• No FIRST or SECOND call
• Independent practice setting with pediatric and regional anesthesia cases
