Reston, VA CRNA Opportunity – OB-Focused with $60K Sign-On Bonus

Job Description

A private practice in Reston, VA is seeking a CRNA for OB-focused anesthesia coverage. This role features low-volume OB cases, 24-hour shifts, and the option of full-time or PRN employment. Candidates should be proficient in OB anesthesia and comfortable working independently under anesthesiologist supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care with an emphasis on obstetric cases
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during labor and delivery
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and OB staff to ensure safe patient outcomes
• Respond to emergent situations with OB patients as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time: $250,000 annual salary plus benefits
• PRN option: $190/hour with malpractice coverage included
• $60,000 sign-on bonus with 2-year commitment

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification and Virginia state licensure

• Six to seven 24-hour shifts per month (approx. 73 shifts annually)
• Low-volume OB service provides a manageable workload

• First call every night with guaranteed post-call day off
