The Gastro Center of Maryland is seeking PRN CRNAs to join its expanding GI anesthesia team across multiple locations, including Rockville, Riverdale, Olney, and Columbia. This long-term 1099 opportunity offers exceptional flexibility—CRNAs may choose to work anywhere from 1 to 5 days per week depending on preference and availability. With a market-leading hourly rate, an 8-hour daily guarantee, and a consistent Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. schedule, this role delivers outstanding work-life balance. The practice focuses exclusively on outpatient GI procedures, providing a predictable workflow, minimal stress environment, and the ability to end each day on time. There are no nights, weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities, making this an ideal opportunity for CRNAs seeking reliable hours, a steady rhythm, and autonomy in a comfortable outpatient setting. Free lunch is provided, and the group is prepared to onboard qualified candidates immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for outpatient GI procedures at multiple center locations
- Conduct preoperative assessments and develop tailored anesthesia plans
- Deliver safe and effective sedation and anesthesia throughout endoscopic procedures
- Monitor patient status intraoperatively and support smooth postoperative recovery
- Coordinate daily schedule and workflow within a high-efficiency GI practice
Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Active Maryland CRNA licensure
- NBCRNA certification
- Comfort working in a fast-paced outpatient GI environment
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN scheduling with long-term stability
- Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- No FIRST or SECOND call
- Outpatient GI-focused anesthesia practice
