Towson Outpatient Endoscopy Centers – PRN CRNA
Position Overview
Seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for ongoing PRN coverage at two established outpatient endoscopy centers in Towson, Maryland. This opportunity is ideal for CRNAs looking for predictable daytime work in a low-acuity outpatient environment, with a strong focus on efficiency, autonomy, and work-life balance.
This role primarily requires Friday availability, with additional PRN weekday shifts available as needed. Providers will deliver propofol-based anesthesia for routine gastrointestinal procedures, including colonoscopies and EGDs, in a streamlined ambulatory setting.
Practice Setting
- Two outpatient endoscopy centers located in Towson, Maryland
- Two-room endoscopy center model
- GI-focused practice environment
- Independent CRNA practice model
- No inpatient responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide propofol sedation for colonoscopies and esophagogastroduodenoscopies (EGDs)
- Perform pre-procedure anesthesia evaluations
- Administer and monitor anesthesia during GI procedures
- Ensure safe emergence and post-anesthesia recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation using gGastro EMR
- Collaborate efficiently with gastroenterologists and endoscopy staff
Schedule & Coverage Details
- PRN / ongoing coverage
- Friday coverage required
- Additional weekday PRN shifts available
- Monday through Friday operations only
- No call, no nights, no weekends
- 8-hour minimum daily guarantee
Compensation & Contract Structure
- PRN engagement with ongoing availability

- No travel or call obligations
Credentialing & Onboarding
- Credentialing timeframe: approximately 60 days
- Supportive onboarding through a CRNA-owned staffing organization
