Job Description

The Department of Anesthesiology at UMass Memorial Healthcare is seeking a CRNA as an independent contractor (1099) to cover the University Campus or community hospitals. This position offers flexible scheduling with various shift options (10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts) across days, weekends, evenings, and overnights. CRNAs will work in a supportive environment and have the opportunity to use their full skillset. The role provides exposure to a wide range of surgical specialties, including transplant, ENT, trauma neurosurgery, obstetrics, hearts, and orthopedics. Sub-specialty interests are also welcomed.

Job Qualifications

• CRNA certification required.
• Operating under your own LLC or Corporation.
• Early career seeking mentorship or mid-to-late career seeking autonomy with supportive colleagues.
• Passionate about education and building a busy clinical practice.

Annual Estimated Salary or Payment

Competitive 1099 market wages offered.

This position is located at UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, Massachusetts, a Level 1 Trauma Center and the largest academic medical center in Central MA.
