United Digestive is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the anesthesia team at Gwinnett Endoscopy in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This opportunity is based in a GI endoscopy center environment and is well suited for CRNAs who thrive in a team-oriented, efficient clinical setting.

CRNAs in this role are responsible for pre-procedure patient assessment, delivering anesthesia for endoscopic procedures, and monitoring patients through recovery. The center operates weekday day-shift hours only, with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call requirements. Both W-2 and 1099 arrangements are available depending on role classification and scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients prior to endoscopy procedures and review relevant history
• Provide anesthesia care for GI endoscopy cases and manage perioperative needs
• Monitor patients during the procedure and throughout the recovery phase
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team to support safe, efficient care
• Document anesthesia care accurately and in a timely manner

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification in good standing
• Active Georgia licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Comfort working in a fast-paced endoscopy setting
• Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills
• GI endoscopy anesthesia experience preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN schedule based on center needs
• Monday–Friday day shift operations
• No first call or second call coverage required
• Outpatient endoscopy center environment
